Are You Boring Someone? Watch for These 7 Signs

I think we’ve all had this experience- we are talking with someone, perhaps making a proposal, and we realize they aren’t really interested in what we;re saying. Maybe we have bored them to the point of no return? This article, posted on LinkedIn by Gretchen Rubin is a great reminder of signs to look for to make sure we aren’t boring our audience- before it is too late!

Repeated, perfunctory responses.

Simple questions.

Interruption.

Request for clarification.

Imbalance of talking time.

Body position.

Audience posture.
